Risto Larsson

Risto Larsson is a lawyer and heads the Rotterdam office of Dijkstra Voermans. His primary field of work is company law, with the emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and consultancy in relation to limited companies.

Risto started his legal career in 1990 at Loeff & van der Ploeg (as it was then). He moved to Wouters Advocaten (Andersen) in 1995. In 2000, he was asked by Dijkstra Voermans on the basis of his knowledge and background to lead its merger and acquisition activities and in this way contribute to the further development and extension of these activities.

Risto has supervised a large number of transactions, both national and international, including many procedures with family firms and management buy‑outs. Some of these companies can be regarded as regular clients, such as De Rijke International, NYK Logistics and Koninklijke Ouwehand. In addition to supervising acquisitions, Risto regularly gives advice on issues relating to company law, particularly the establishment of joint ventures, restructuring programmes and reorganisations.
